  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. Eligibility. The Summer Group Discount applies only to bookings of 4, 5, or 6 players in a single room, on a single booking. Bookings for 2 or 3 players are charged at standard rates and are not eligible.
    2. Discount tiers: 4 players get 10% off; 5 players get 15% off; 6 players get 20% off the standard per-head rate.
    3. Validity period. Valid on bookings made between 19/07 and 31/08 2026, for play dates within the same period. Subject to availability.
    4. Combinability. Cannot be combined with any other discount, promo code
    5. Group size changes. If the final player count drops to 2 or 3 at check-in, standard pricing applies instead.
    6. Cancellations & rescheduling. Standard Blackout cancellation / rescheduling policy applies.
    7. Right to amend. Blackout Entertainment Ltd may amend, withdraw, or extend this promotion at any time without notice.
    8. General. Valid for bookings made directly through blackoutgames.co.uk or in person. Management's decision on eligibility is final.
